Dear Supporters,
With fewer than fives exceptions, all rewards (aside from the digital coloring books) are either on their way or have been delivered.
I hope you enjoy the rewards and especially our book. If so, you can do our team a favor and start providing, hopefully positive, reviews. The prospective publication date is November 17, 2026 so some outlets won't even have our book listed yet.
It's possible that some of you may show your rewards to others, and they may ask you: "How can I get a copy?" And, you may answer them: "At LuradelPress.com." Currently, they would be redirected to the BackerKit pre-order store, but I hope to open the Luradel store soon so that direct orders can made!
With respect to those five exceptions, we don't have your physical address and/or your email address. If you backed this project using Apple’s "Hide My Email" / Private Relay feature (an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com), Apple’s privacy settings automatically block survey emails sent from external platforms like BackerKit. This means that I have neither your real email address nor your physical address so I cannot deliver the physical books not the digital products. If you want to maintain your privacy, you can set up a temporary email account through google and have the physical products delivered to a friend or PO Box. In my opinion, our book and rewards are well worth the effort, and you'll be glad you followed up! You can go through backerkit to deliver this information, or you can email to me directly at [email protected].

Books Are Arriving Soon! Orders and Addresses Are Locked. Final Charges for Shipping and Extras Will Be Applied.

Dear Kickstarter Backers,
The deluxe offset-printed hard cover books are arriving soon! We've locked down orders and addresses. You have less than 24 hours to contact us about any address changes.
Final charges for shipping and any last add-ons will be applied to your payment method on file. (This applies to only a dozen of you.)
The BOPP stickers have arrived. Their envelopes are being addressed this weekend. We hope to post them on Monday! We will provide tracking info so you will know when they arrive at the post office near you.
The hard cover books will go out separately via US media mail (in most cases). We will follow up when this occurs. We will then send out the few paperbacks.
After all the physical books are mailed, we will deliver the digital rewards (except for the coloring book). The digital coloring books will be delivered in late November.

Survey closing September 25 & Fulfillment Timeline. Action required if you have not already filled out the Backerkit survey

Hi Everyone,
Action Required. If you have not already filled out your Backerkit brief address verification email (“survey”), you must do so to receive your Kickstarter rewards. We will close the survey on September 25.
To deliver your book (and/or other items), our fulfillment platform (BackerKit) sent you a link to this survey around August 1st. Check your inbox for an email from BackerKit, or access your link directly on the Backerkit recovery page: https://llamas-niyamas.backerkit.com
(If you are wary of clicking a link in an email, use your search engine to find Backerkit and look for the llamas-niyamas recovery page.)
The verification process is very simple.
1) Add additional products only if you wish to purchase any. (Add-ons are completely optional, but BackerKit prominently pushes them because Backerkit receives a percentage of the add-on prices. Find and click on “Next” to move past the Add-on page. Sometimes it takes a while for the screen to change.)
2) If you selected an autographed edition, enter the name and phrase you would like written inside.
3) If acknowledgements apply to your orders, read and click through the boxes.
4) If you choose any new add-ons, you will need to provide payment for the additional purchases and associated shipping costs.
5) Confirm your shipping address and phone number so we know where to ship your package(s).
The entire process takes less than three minutes.
You do not need to sign up for a Backerkit account or subscribe to their email notifications (there would be many).

Update on production and our fulfillment schedule
1. Premium Printing Update: We are still awaiting arrival of the deluxe offset-printed hard covers. Freight shipping is underway, and the books are still scheduled to land at our workspace before the end of October.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment Schedule: Then, we will begin packing and shipping all backer rewards. We are planning for your books to be in the mail between November 6th and November 15th.
3. Public Retail Release: The official public release date for retail channels (like Amazon) is set for November 17th. We have paused all retail distribution to make sure you, our Kickstarter backers, receive your premium copies before the general public can receive standard retail copies.
4. EBook and print-on-demand versions: These versions are completed and are ready for distribution.
5. Bookmark: The bookmarks have been printed and are ready to be mailed.
6. Physical Stickers: We finally found a manufacturer able to comply with the child safety standards. We have ordered BOPP (instead of vinyl) stickers. We believe that we will have them ready to mail by the end of the month.
7. Print-at-Home (PAH) Products: The Weekly Well-Being Practice Trackers, the PAH Reward sticker Template, and the PAH Large Sticker Template are all completed and ready for distribution. Most of the PAH Coloring Book is now with Sara, our book designer. The added line-drawings are spectacular, and the front cover is phenomenal.

Dear supporters,
The offset-printed hard covers have shipped. This means that we might be able to mail them to you as soon as early October. However, realistically, a mid November delivery is more likely.
Thank you to the 43 of you who quickly completed the Backerkit surveys. I won't lock your surveys yet until I have a firm delivery schedule for the books. If you change your address or credit card, please return to BackerKit to update your information.
For the 53 of you who haven't completed the "surveys," please do so. Books cannot be delivered to addresses that we don't have, and digital products cannot be sent to apple relay email addresses.
The survey process is very simple. Basically, you 1) confirm your order, 2) add additional products if you want any, 3) add your address or make certain it is correct, 4) choose the autograph phrase and to whom it is addressed (if you requested a signature), 5) acknowledge copyright rules and sticker warnings if they apply to your orders, and 6) update your credit card info for any unpaid shipping or additional purchases. The entire process will likely take less than five minutes (and probably less than 3 minutes).
Also, for those of you who ordered extra copies of my book (thank you), if you would like for me to covert them to hard covers at no extra charge, please let me know at [email protected]. I can manually change the orders and make certain that no additional cost will be applied.

If you backed this project using Apple’s "Hide My Email" / Private Relay feature (an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com), Apple’s privacy settings automatically block survey emails sent from external platforms like BackerKit.
Because of this, your survey email couldn't reach your inbox. Don't worry—your pledge is completely safe, and you can access your survey right now using either of the options below:
Option 1: Access Your Survey Directly (Fastest)
1. Go to our BackerKit recovery page: https://llamas-niyamas.backerkit.com
2. Enter your @privaterelay.appleid.com email address.
3. Click Submit—this will open your survey directly in your browser so you can fill out your shipping info and selections.
However, if you have asked for digital rewards, we will eventually need an unblocked email address in order to deliver them.
Option 2: Update Your Email Address If you want your survey and future shipping tracking numbers sent to a standard email address:
· Send me a direct message here on Kickstarter (or to [email protected]) with your preferred email address.
· I will update your profile in BackerKit and resend your survey link right away.
